1. BASIC TOUR OF THE FACILITY

The Maciej Shaft, part of the Concordia Mine’s history, has been transformed into a tourist, recreational and cultural complex. The tour allows you to learn the secrets of the mine’s operation, learn about the transformation of the shaft into a water intake and look into …the center of the earth. The whole tour ends with the distribution of commemorative diplomas.
Duration: about 1 hour (group size max. 20 people + 2 chaperones)

2. WITH MINING TRADITIONS FOR A BROTHER!

The proposal combines a lesson led by a Guide, who guides children during a tour for young miners in Maciej Shaft. During the tour, the Guide tells in an interesting way about the miners’ costume, the most important mining symbols and the most interesting details of the miners’ work. The whole tour ends with the distribution of commemorative diplomas..
Duration: approx. 1.5 hours (group size max. 20 people + 2 chaperones)

3. COOKING WORKSHOPS

Maciej Shaft is not only a meeting with history, but also a place where we serve excellent cuisine. During the culinary workshops, our youngest guests will visit the Maciej Shaft and learn the secrets of preparing real Italian pizza. The entire event will end with a shared meal and the awarding of “Little Chef” diplomas.

PHOTO SESSIONS

Maciej  Shaft is a post-industrial interior, where good design and balanced colors reign supreme. Here organic brick meets glass, concrete and steel in perfect proportions. The building has undergone a long road of revitalization under the guidance of architect Danuta Żabicka-Barecka, culminating in awards from the General Conservator of Antiquities in 2011 and 2015. In our facility, photo sessions were conducted by min. Ewa Minge.

The post-industrial space of the Shaft
Maciej consists of, among others, three levels in the shaft building adapted for the purposes of
catering and event purposes. On the
first floor there is a bistro, on the second level
level 4.20 – an elegant industrial restaurant, and on the third level 9.60 – a banquet hall (the numerical name of the part of the complex corresponds to the height above ground level). All of our halls are air-conditioned, ventilated and have access to Wi-Fi. Each of the halls has wireless microphones, projector and screens, including touch screens. The complex has its own parking lot, capable of accommodating more than a dozen coaches. We are located in the immediate vicinity vicinity of the junction of the A1 highway with the DK88.
